مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَن يَسْتَغْفِرُوا۟ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَلَوْ كَانُوٓا۟ أُو۟لِى قُرْبَىٰ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَحِيمِ١١٣

King Fahd Complexما كان ينبغي للنبي محمد -صلى الله عليه وسلم- والذين آمنوا أن يَدْعوا بالمغفرة للمشركين، ولو كانوا ذوي قرابة لهم، مِن بعد ما ماتوا على شركهم بالله وعبادة الأوثان، وتبين لهم أنهم أصحاب الجحيم لموتهم على الشرك، والله لا يغفر للمشركين، كما قال تعالى: ﴿إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَغۡفِرُ أَن يُشۡرَكَ بِهِۦ﴾ وكما قال سبحانه: ﴿إِنَّهُۥ مَن يُشۡرِكۡ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدۡ حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ﴾
